Stećci (Croatian “stećak” = tombstone) are late medieval tombstones, nominated for UNESCO-vu World Heritage. The trails that follow these tombstones in the county of Dubrovnik-Neretva encompass 19 sites. Five of these are located in the Neretva valley: Greblje (Prović), St Michael’s church (Pozla Gora, Dubrave), Grebine (Crnoča), the church of Nativity of Our Lady (Dobranje), Zanoga (Borovci).
